Joe’s qualifications include:
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
- Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument (CFII)
- Advanced Ground Instructor (AGI)
- Instrument Ground Instructor (IGI)
- Commercial Multi-Engine & Single-Engine certificate
- Cirrus SR-20 / 22 qualification
- Military and government experience in planning and executing aerial operations
- Instructional experience teaching law enforcement and search & rescue aircrews
- Remote sensing technician (experience w/ vis, multi-spectral, hyper-spectral, & SAR)
- M.A. in Geography (remote sensing emphasis)
- University, private sector, military and volunteer instructional experience
- English and Chinese Mandarin
